Alberni Valley Community Band
Formed more than 20 years ago, originally directed by Colleen Goodrich.
We went to Expo with her! Our current dirctor is David Price. Most members are adults,
but we have some high school students who want extra playing time as well.
High School Concert band material - marches, light classical, musicals, themes from
movies & television, even a bit of jazz and rock & roll
We are looking for musicians who can read music and play one of almost any
concert band
instruments will be welcome - trumpet, clarinet, saxaphone, flute, trombone or drums.
If you are interested in picking up your music again, come out and give us a try us.
We practice Wednesday evenings, from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm in the band room at ADSS
